I am a dedicated and all-round commercial and technology savvy Management Consultant profile with a strong toolbox of services, which I provide to my clients. I have worked within and across most business functions and channels within large organizations as well as helped small innovative start-ups launch their first products. My work as a management consultant has given me the opportunity to work across a wide range of countries such as USA, Thailand, Malaysia, UK, Norway, Serbia, Sweden, Pakistan, Singapore, Germany and the Netherlands - meeting and working with a great collection of fantastic clients and colleagues from many different cultures, nationalities and industries.

Head of Business Transformation, Senior Innovation Manager, Senior Program Director

Telenor Group is a leading telecommunications company across Scandinavia and Asia with 178 million customers and annual sales of around USD 13 billion (2018).

Had multiple positions within Telenor and Telenor Group.

Telenor Denmark (Head of Business Transformation - 5 years):
Built and established a team of 17 internal management consultants, who delivered almost 100 projects across all divisions of Telenor Denmark. It was also my job to manage large transformation programs within Telenor, e.g. the re-branding and post-merger integration of Cybercity and Sonofon into Telenor.

Telenor Denmark - Business Division (Senior Innovation Manager):
Working within the B2B division, my role was to lead strategy and innovation projects, e.g. development of a new growth strategy for pure mobile services, unified communication and cloud services.

Telenor Group Digital Services (COO & Senior Program Director):
Helped establish a new business unit within Group Digital Services called Telenor Mobile Media, where I had role as Chief Operating Officer. Also had role as a global program director within Group Financial Services - working across multiple countries (Thailand, Pakistan, Malaysia, Serbia, Hungary & Norway).

Telenor Denmark (Senior Director):
Lead commercial development of new overall product portfolio concept for Telenor Denmark on new IT stack. Also had role as Telenor DK lead on Omni-Channel Strategy Development Project.

Account leadership within Communication, Media & Tech (CMT) industry. Engagement and change enablement lead for large implementation and roll-out of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud at large Danish telco with 1.100 users. Engagement and delivery lead for development of strategic business case for implementation of a new Human Capital Management solution at a global tech company. People and commercial lead for a range of other ongoing projects and engagements. Responsible for driving business development and sales activities within CMT industry in Denmark.

Wunderman

2018-2019

VP of Business Development

Wunderman is a global digital agency with 20.000 employees, whereof 500 work in the Nordics. Within Wunderman, the Nordic organization is considered a global Center of Excellence for Customer Experience & Marketing Automation helping leading global brands with a wide range of digital marketing services.

Role was to help and participate in sales activities, e.g. RFI and RFP responses, sales presentations, etc. - and ensure multiple new clients for Wunderman. Managed partner relations towards Adobe & Salesforce in the Nordics. Had role as engagement lead and project manager for digital marketing strategy project for global FMCG brand. Also implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud at Wunderman offices in the Nordics as well as executed other internal business development projects.

Primary service offerings are presented on this website, but I am always flexible to take on most business challenges a company may experience. I have a laser sharp focus on the business objectives to be achieved and work relentlessly to achieve the defined goals.

Engagements:
Between September 2019 and September 2020 I was engaged full-time as a management consultant at Euromaster in Denmark. My role was to work as a Transformation Officer within and together with the Danish Executive Management Team and Group Transformation Officer in France. My job was to drive a program of nine strategic transformation initiatives, and I also worked as project manager for key initiatives, e.g. pricing, commercial excellence and large IT implementation projects.

From September 2020 onwards, I am engaged as a management consultant within the financial services industry.
